Yes, we offer same day appointments based on availability.

Yes, we offer on site lab draws in conjunction to  annual physical examinations and confirmation of various conditions and infections.

We are proud to offer multiple languages to help bridge the gap between our providers and patients. The languages spoken are Spanish, Korean, Hindi and Malayalam. 

Our providers are credentialed at the following hospitals: Presbyterian Hospital Plano, Baylor Hospital Frisco, Medical City Hospital Frisco, Kindred Hospital Dallas

Yes, our providers currently manage patients in several community private group homes and skilled nursing facilities. We are able to help guide and answer your questions related to quality of care and financial obligations as a care giver for your loved one. Let us help you and your loved one during this challenging time

Walk-in patients will be worked in between scheduled appointments. Scheduled appointments will take priority, se we encourage you to call at least 30 mts prior to arrival.
